 | Las Vegas, Greenville Trade Players Saturday, October 26th, 1996: The Las Vegas Hustlers have finalized a deal that will send 26-year-old second baseman Earl Alleyne to Greenville for 22-year-old minor league starting pitcher Carlos Medina, 19-year-old minor league third baseman Silvio Garcia and $1,500,000 in cash. Minor details still need to be worked out before the trade becomes official, but the players involved are expected to be with their new clubs soon.
Alleyne has a lifetime average of .272, has played in 155 games, and has collected 7 home runs and 47 RBIs.
