Wednesday, May 18th, 2005: Everyone in Saint Paul is getting excited about Don Goodwin's hitting streak. The 25-year-old first baseman extended it today to 20 games with 3 hits against Gotham. The Riverhawks took the Heroes 8-7.
Don Goodwin grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and struck out in the 10th.
This year Goodwin has batted at a .336 pace with 50 hits, 7 home runs, 30 RBIs and scored 25 times. |
